A $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your arrival window. This will be applied to your final bill upon completion of work.
To receive a refund, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the $50.00 deposit is forfeited.
If you choose NOT to proceed with the quoted work after the technician has arrived, the $50.00 deposit is retained as a non-refundable diagnostic fee.
Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of work.
