Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking our services. By accessing our site or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your arrival window. This will be applied to your final bill upon completion of work.
To receive a refund, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the $50.00 deposit is forfeited.
If you choose NOT to proceed with the quoted work after the technician has arrived, the $50.00 deposit is retained as a non-refundable diagnostic fee.
Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of work.
1. Program Description: HJS Plumbing sends automated service updates, appointment confirmations, 24-hour reminders, and technician 'on-the-way' notifications to customers who have booked plumbing services.
2. Opt-In: Users can opt-in by checking the consent box on our booking form or by texting START to (570) 994-6329.
3. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
4. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
5. Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Costs: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
7. Privacy: For all questions about the data we collect, please view our Privacy Policy.
